How to prepare for your mobile grooming appointment

What we need from you before the van pulls up — and what we bring ourselves.

Mobile grooming is designed to be effortless, but a few small steps make the appointment smoother for everyone — especially your pet.

Before we arrive

  • Save a level parking spot near your home, close enough for a short walk to the van.
  • Take your dog out for a potty break shortly before the appointment.
  • Skip the meal right before grooming; a light snack afterward is better.
  • Let us know about any medical conditions, sensitivities, or past grooming trouble.
  • Have a clear idea of the cut or length you want, or ask us for a recommendation.

What we bring

Our van is fully self-contained with its own power and water, so we never need access to your outlets or hose. Everything from the tub to the dryer to the grooming table travels with us.

Plan on one to four hours depending on your pet's size and coat condition. You are welcome to stay home and go about your day — we will knock when your pet is ready.
