Latchkey grooming — we groom, even when you can't be home
Available to every client, cat and dog alike. Latchkey grooming lets us care for your pet while you're at work or running errands — with your written authorization, secure access arrangements, and updates at every step.
- Step 1
We meet you first
Every latchkey client starts with a meet-and-greet combined with their first scheduled groom, with you at home. We get to know your pet, you meet us and see the van, and we complete the latchkey authorization together at that visit.
- Step 2
Share access, your way
The preferred option is a temporary door code or a lock box on your property — easy to change after each visit. If you'd rather, we can keep a key location securely on file, or arrange another method entirely at your discretion. Whatever you choose is documented in writing and kept confidential.
- Step 3
We groom while you're away
We arrive during your scheduled window, let ourselves in, and bring your pet out to the van for their full groom. You receive a text when we arrive and again when your pet is safely back inside.
- Step 4
Come home to a clean, happy pet
No rearranging your day, no waiting around — just a freshly groomed dog or cat greeting you at the door. Most latchkey clients set a recurring schedule so it stays effortless.
Latchkey service begins after we've met in person. Your first appointment is a meet-and-greet combined with your first scheduled groom, with you at home, and we complete the one-time authorization together at that visit — your written permission to enter, your preferred access method, alarm instructions, and an emergency contact. Nothing to fill out ahead of time.
